Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HiddenList's website and product at hiddenlist.ai and app.hiddenlist.ai (the "Service"), operated by NodeFlair Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201823536N), a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful recruiting and hiring-related purposes.
• Do not use candidate data made available through the Service for spam, harassment, or any purpose unrelated to legitimate recruiting.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or the data made available through it.
• Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam law.

3. Connected email accounts

If you connect a Gmail or Microsoft email account to use outreach features, you're responsible for the content you send through that connection and for complying with applicable email and anti-spam laws. You can disconnect a connected account at any time in Integrations settings.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state otherwise. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its underlying technology. You own the content you submit to the Service (such as your search briefs and outreach messages), and you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that candidate data is complete or error-free, and you're responsible for independently verifying candidate information before making hiring decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiddenList is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
